2024 CHARITY GALA
The Gala is traditionally the highlight of the cultural year in Lac-Brome, and a wonderful opportunity for our major contributors to show their support for Theatre Lac-Brome, our region’s star organization.
At this year’s event, held on July 6, Théâtre de Lac-Brome paid a moving tribute to Claire Léger and Helgi Soutar, two patrons of the arts renowned for their commitment, vision and passion for arts and culture.

The event was attended by ministers Pascale St-Onge and Isabelle Charest, along with Brome Lake mayor Richard Burcombe.
Through their generous donations, Claire Léger and Helgi Soutar illustrate that the true power of philanthropy lies in its ability to transform dreams into lasting realities. Through their support, they have not only contributed to the growth of the TLB but have also enriched the cultural and social life of the Brome-Missisquoi region, leaving a valuable legacy for present and future generations.
The evening concluded with a dazzling performance by Gregory Charles. A true stage beast, Gregory Charles enchanted patrons and guests alike with his latest show, “In the Key of life”, presented in an intimate format featuring him alone at the piano. An exceptional raconteur, he blended personal anecdotes with captivating stories to create an unforgettable evening.
SEE YOU AT THE NEXT BENEFIT GALA IN 2025!
THANK YOU to the evening’s sponsors and to our generous donors.
