Making the theater accessible to all

We place great importance on making your visit to the TLB as pleasant as possible, by putting in place services to ensure the accessibility of our theater. For parking permit holders, a reserved space is available. What’s more, during performances, a member of our reception staff is specially dedicated to accompanying people with reduced mobility. Simply present yourself at the TLB entrance, and we’ll be delighted to help you get around safely and comfortably.

Reserved space and seat for wheelchairs

A special place has been set aside in our venue for wheelchairs . To take advantage of this service, you must purchase an exclusive ticket, available from the TLB box office, by telephone at 450 242-2270, or by contacting the box office at: info@tlbrome.com. Don’t forget to specify that the ticket is for a person in a wheelchair.

Companion Leisure Card (CAL)

A complimentary ticket is provided for the companion of a guest with a Companion Leisure (CAL) Card. 

Holders of the Companion Leisure (CAL) Card must present the card, along with valid identification, at the box office to receive a free ticket. Companion Leisure (CAL) Card holders must pay the full price of admission.

To purchase a ticket by telephone, call 450 242-2270 during box office opening hours, and mention Companion Leisure Card (CAL).

The card and a valid ID must be presented to pick up tickets for the cardholder and his/her companion. The accompanying person is entitled to free admission, while the cardholder must pay the full price of admission. No tickets are sent by mail.

Parking and access

Our main entrance (9, chemin du Mont-Écho) provides outdoor access to the entrance of the TLB venue for a wheelchair and people with reduced mobility.

Holders of the parking mobility permit have access to a reserved space in the Lac-Brome theater parking lot. Please note that there is only one space in the parking lot that has a reserved sign.

Guide Dogs

Certified guide dogs are accepted on our premises. When purchasing a ticket, please inform the box office of the presence of a guide dog to ensure you are assigned the appropriate seat in the venue.
